A glimpse into our production in Portugal

Hey you!

Today we would like to give you a small insight into our production in Portugal and take you on a virtual journey through our production facility.

We'll show you a glimpse into the current manufacturing process of the roll-over backpack . Our production team works systematically and precisely to ensure that each product is carefully crafted to the highest quality standards. We place great emphasis on first-class workmanship because quality is our top priority.

We'll also show you some GIFs of two impressive machines that can sew fully automatically. Our production partner recently upgraded and equipped themselves with state-of-the-art machinery.

Cut organic cotton canvas

The fabric is layered on top of each other. The individual backpack parts are drawn onto the top layer. The stack is then cut using a special machine.

Production of the Veg-Tan leather buckle

The leather straps with buckles are produced in series. As can be seen in the first picture, the thread between the individual straps is only cut afterwards. This allows the seamstress to efficiently produce several individual pieces.

This piece is the lower part of the shoulder strap and is attached to the bottom left and right sides of the backpack. This machine is programmed to sew in the "X" reinforcement.

As can be seen here, parts of the manufacturing process are handled with state-of-the-art machinery. The padded back panel is first attached by hand and with a sewing machine, then the sewing robot is used.

Each part of the roll-over backpack is assembled step by step. This process is meticulously planned and efficiently designed for the entire production. The first image shows the back panels of the roll-over in natural color. The second image shows the front panel and base.
