Shipment
Our shipping is handled by the social enterprise IG Arbeit . A dedicated team of people with disabilities and their caregivers are responsible for shipping BADI Culture orders.
Unless otherwise stated, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. We deliver throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post. International deliveries are made by courier.
Will shipping take place over holidays?
Orders received over the holidays will be shipped later. We will communicate further details as soon as possible. Please contact us for urgent matters.
Where is my package?
If your delivery is delayed, it's most likely because we need to clarify something. In this case, the delivery time may be slightly extended. We always strive to ensure that your package arrives with your complete order as quickly as possible.
As soon as we hand your package over to the postal service, you will receive a notification from us via email. From then on, you can track your shipment using the Swiss Post tracking number . If we use an alternative delivery service, we will inform you. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive within 2-3 business days during the week. If a weekend or public holiday falls within this period, it may take a little longer.

Is everything okay with the delivery?
When your package arrives, please quickly check that everything is correct. Are all the items listed on the invoice included? If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us; we'll be happy to take care of it.
Can I order from BADI Culture if I don't live in Switzerland?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that shipping, customs duties, and VAT will be added to your order total. The delivery service may also charge customs fees.
