1. Returns

You have 14 days to return your item(s).

Is a size wrong? Or is a product different than expected? You have 14 days to try everything on at your leisure and return anything you don't want to keep.

Once all the items you wish to return are neatly packed back in the box, the package is almost ready for shipment. Now you just need to address it and ensure sufficient postage.

Once the item has arrived and been inspected, the refund will be processed.

Please ensure that you return the product clean. Returns that are dirty or damaged will be charged according to the effort required.

2. Exchange

Yes, possible :) Similar to what was mentioned above, You have 14 days to try everything on at your leisure and exchange it if something doesn't quite fit. Clean and undamaged items can be exchanged for something else. Shipping costs are not included in the exchange and will be charged separately.
